Are you bothered by computer infections and performance issues?
We will do a complete virus and malware removal, repair the operating system, install all updates and install free antivirus software to protect you in the future. But more than that we can remove dangerous software that is known to exploit your computer and operating system. This includes a total cleanup of filters, electronic components and cooling fans to prevent future overheating problems.
We’ll also do a performance analysis and optimize your computer for faster startup and operation.
Hard Drive Upgrade $35
We will clone your existing hard drive over to a new and larger drive (you can supply or parts extra). We will install and make sure the computer boots with the new drive. Does not include tuneup above.
System Reformat and re-install $80
We will reformat your existing hard drive and re-install the operating system, all device drivers, install all updates and service packs. We will install the latest version of Google Chrome and all basic plugins as well as free anti-virus. Does not include re-installing user software or data.
As above but with backups $105
We will perform all of the system reformat steps but will also attempt to backup and recover eMail and user files from the “My Documents” directory. Backups of data from other locations done at extra charge. Recover of data is conditional on several factors not the least of which is the condition of the drive being backed up. In case of extreme drive failure, the drive may have to be sent out for enhanced recovery techniques. This would be quoted case by case.
Full Diagnostic $25 (applied against repair costs if you proceed)
A complete diagnostic of your system to determine the source of the problem. This fee is applied against the repair cost if you proceed.
